Order Processing & Handling Time
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major public holidays. Please note that this processing time is separate from the actual transit time once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
During high-volume periods such as new collection launches or promotional sales, there may be slight delays in processing. You will always receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We are proud to offer both domestic and international shipping services.
- Domestic Shipments: For orders within our primary country of operation, we partner with reputable national postal and courier services.
- International Shipments: We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. International orders are delivered via trusted global carriers. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival of the package, as dictated by local regulations.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Packaging

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order placement. Please double-check your information before submitting your order. We cannot modify the shipping address once an order has been processed and dispatched. Packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error may be lost, returned to us, or incur additional forwarding fees. Current Air Clothing is not liable for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly.
Undeliverable Packages & Failed Deliveries
If a carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to accept the package, address is incorrect), they will typically leave a notification and may return the package to a local depot for pickup. If a package is ultimately returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for resending returned packages.
Missing or Lost Packages
While rare, packages can occasionally go missing in transit. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Our liability for lost packages begins once we provide proof of dispatch to the carrier and ends upon the carrier’s recorded delivery.
