Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, making the process as simple as possible for you.
Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags must be attached securely.
- The item must be free of any stains, odors, or damage.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include, but are not limited to, items marked as “Final Sale,” undergarments, and swimwear (unless faulty). This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Log In: Visit our website and log into your account. Navigate to your order history. If you checked out as a guest, you will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Initiate Request: Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange and click “Start a Return.”
- Select Items & Reason: Choose the specific item(s) and indicate your reason for return and whether you desire a refund or an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
- Authorization: Upon submission, you will receive a Return Authorization via email. This email will contain your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Prepare Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible, or a suitable alternative. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. We strongly recommend writing the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Return: Ship your return package using a trackable and insured shipping service to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the package reaches us safely, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 5-10 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account can vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies. This process may take up to 10 business days after we have issued the refund.
- Original Shipping Charges: The cost of the original standard shipping is non-refundable. If you opted for an expedited shipping method, only the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: For size exchanges, once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the requested replacement item at no additional shipping cost, provided it is in stock. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund for the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We meticulously check every order before it leaves our facility. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will guide you through a simplified process to resolve this promptly, which will typically involve providing photographic evidence. For such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than manufacturer defect. All sales on these items are final. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase of final sale merchandise.
Restocking Fees
Current Air Clothing does not charge any restocking fees for returns that comply with our eligibility criteria.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping country may be responsible for any original and return shipping charges, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes incurred during the return process. These fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for international returns.
